Laura Hield-Ryder
Chief of Staff
Laura has been in the energy industry for nearly 20 years and is passionate about working for a sustainable energy world and empowering inclusive teams to deliver for their customers. She has worked at two of the large UK energy suppliers and held senior roles at E.ON UK in Sales, Marketing and Operations. During her time there, she transformed ways of working and systems across a 400-strong sales team, built a high-performing Sales Support function and was recognised at Group level for her commitment to diversity and inclusion and improving support for working parents. Laura is a mentor on Regen’s Women in Renewable Energy programme and is dedicated to increasing gender diversity across the industry.
She joined Arenko in 2021 as Director of Sales Operations, building out the sales function before moving onto the Leadership Team in summer 2022 as Chief of Staff to drive ongoing business transformation and growth.
