Hannah joined Arenko at the beginning of 2023 with a focus on leading our People and Culture strategy. She has a people-driven and data-centric approach to attracting, training and retaining the best talent the market has to offer. Experienced in start-ups, scaling organisations and mergers and acquisitions, she has developed in this space for over 10 years, across multiple international markets, having worked across Europe, APAC and the Middle East.
Hannah has a background in sales leadership where she worked alongside commercial and wider operational departmental heads to support and further drive their strategies. Hannah holds strong beliefs in genuine flexibility at work and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute to their maximum potential. Above all her goal is to continue improving our employee offering whilst ensuring the team at Arenko always feel that it is a Great Place to Work!
