Dan is a dedicated Senior Engineering Leader specialising in large-scale Data Transformation. He is passionate about building and motivating world-class development teams; real-world Agile practices and structuring for success.
He has been leading software teams for 15 years, from TV broadcast to Telecoms, more recently leading the Data function at compare the market and Trainline where his teams built products like Auto Sergei, SplitSave and Crowd Alerts.
He joins Arenko after a year at Infogrid, a green-tech startup, and is passionate about using his career to make a positive change in people’s lives.
